Pasquale also has over 17 years' experience in recruitment, gained in both boutique and National agencies.
Previous to recruitment, Pasquale worked for the Grosvenor House Hotel as Food & Beverage Training Manager, responsible for the training of 300 employees within the departments.
He has a wealth of experience within hotels and restaurants at National & International level.
Pasquale has completed the Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD) and is an Associated Member of the CIPD.
Pasquale covers all hotels in London and Home Counties, supplying Chefs and Management of all levels.
