Entrepreneur Andy Scott is owner of WestOne. Andy Scott has 20 entrepreneurial years experience in the leisure property industry, having owned and operated different bar, clubs and hotel groups, being on the board of a national leisure operator also, after starting as a nightclub doorman.

Andy Scott backs and owns a number of fast growing businesses in the UK leisure sector and is proud to support the fantastic management and team in the growth of WestOne across London and the UK. In his spare time Andy is a keen sailor, boxer and pianist when not doing deals.

Pasquale also has over 17 years' experience in recruitment, gained in both boutique and National agencies.

Previous to recruitment, Pasquale worked for the Grosvenor House Hotel as Food & Beverage Training Manager, responsible for the training of 300 employees within the departments.

He has a wealth of experience within hotels and restaurants at National & International level.

Pasquale has completed the Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD) and is an Associated Member of the CIPD.

Pasquale covers all hotels in London and Home Counties, supplying Chefs and Management of all levels.

Cristina has graduated in Hospitality Management and worked in the industry between Italy and UK, her main focus has always been food and beverage training and delivering outstanding customer service. After many years spent running busy restaurants, she decided it was time to go backstage and start a career in recruitment. She joined us in 2016 and since then has been enjoying the thrill of working with freelancers

After work Cristina enjoys a visit to the gym, discovering new restaurants and food, gardening and reading

Freya has joined West One after fifteen years in the hospitality industry, primarily managing busy, independent businesses.
Having just returned from a stint travelling solo in Asia she felt
it was time for a change of career.

In her free time she paints watercolours and runs a small online shop selling her artwork.
