Job Spec:
Our client an AA rosettes restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine and based in Soho is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie and to work in their Larder section.
The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start and paying a salary of £33,000 per year.
The restaurant is closed every Sunday, Bank holidays, 4 days over Easter and 12 days over Xmas and New Year.
Last orders: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 9.00pm.
Last orders: Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 9.30pm.
The ideal Chef de Partie will work:
7 shifts over 3 & ½ days and have 3 & ½ days off per week always including Sunday.
The kitchen is well organized and professionally managed, designed and equipped with the latest gadgets.
