Job Spec:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, and to work for our client a Private Member Club based in Charing Pall Mall.
The ideal Chef de Partie will join a kitchen team including 8 Chefs and produce British Mediterranean / Seasonal cuisine.
The Chef de Partie will be paid a basic salary of up to £34,000 per year plus an annual bonus in February of £3/4K and equivalent to 1 & ½ or twice the value of the salary.
The Chef de Partie will work only Monday to Friday
Contracted for 40 working hours per week and the hours of work are:
- 10.00am to 3.00pm and 6.00pm to 10.00pm
When on break you will have the use of a well-equipped Break up area with TVs, sofas, coffees machines etc. where to rest or chat to work colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere
The Club is closed from the 21st of December to 4th of January, and it’s also closed during Bank holidays and Easter.
The Club is catering for approx. 50/60 covers for lunch and 60/80 covers for dinner. The Banqueting department can serve up to 100/120 covers
Chef de Partie Benefits:
- Basic Salary of up to £34,000 per year
- Bonus in February of £3/4K and equivalent to 1 & ½ or twice the value of the salary
- After 3 months of probationary period the salary will go up to £34,000 per year
- Monday to Friday role
- 40 hours per week
