Chef de Partie – Private Club – Monday to Friday – London

Job Spec:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie and for our client a Private Members Club based in Central London.

The menu is British, seasonal and only the freshest ingredients are used.

The ideal Chef de Partie must have previous experience in British cuisine

The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, 42 working hours per week and over 5 days.

Monthly out of 4 weekends the Chef de Partie will be off 3 weekends – closed Bank holidays, 22 days holidays – between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas

Salary package of £34,000 per year.

The Chef de Partie will work:

·Salary package of £34,000

·42-43 hours per week and over 5 days

·3 straight shifts and 2 doubles

·Work only 1 in 3 weekends

·closed Bank holidays, 22 days holidays – between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas

·28 days holiday entitlement

·Meals on duty
