Our client a boutique hotel awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, and a modern 1 Michelin British dining operation.
We are currently looking for a Head Waiter – Head Waitress.
The roles is for an immediate start and the company offers generous benefits and training and development.
The Head Waiter – Head Waitress will receive a salary up to £41,500 per year (this includes a basic annual salary of £34,728 plus service charge between £4K and £7K per year).
The Head Waiter – Head Waitress will work 45 hours per week.
The Head Waiter or Head Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service. The role involves:
- Overseeing a team of waiters
- Ensuring that service is prompt and professional
- Handling complaints
- Ensuring that licensing laws and health and safety legislation are adhered to
- Training and developing the team
- Promoting good team spirit
- Building strong relationships with team members and guests
- Controlling accurate billing
