We have a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Junior Sous /Sous Chef wanting to cook with fresh ingredients and be part of an expanding organization including 3 more Gastro Pubs.
The ideal Junior Sous – Sous Chef will join our client’s Gastro Pub operation based in Brick Lane near Liverpool Street
The Gastro Pub serves only Seasonal Modern European cuisine, and everything is sourced from local farms.
The Junior Sous –Sous Chef will work for a company including 3 Gastro Pubs and Restaurants, with lots of opportunities for progression.
The ideal Junior Sous – Sous Chef will have an input with the menu design and trained on the financials when running a kitchen
My client will also consider a strong Senior Chef de Partie wanting to progress to his /her 1st Junior Sous Chef role
Salary package of £35,000 per year
7 days operation, 48 hours per week, 5 working days and 7 shifts per week, with 30/50 covers for lunch and 30/50 covers for dinner
