Sales and Operations Manager – Welwyn Garden City

Job Spec:

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Ops Manager to join our thriving coach business based in Welwyn Garden City

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to oversee daily operations, sales experience preferred with a knowledge of the private hire coaching market, who can liaise with other group depots to ensure our modern fleet of vehicles wheels are kept turning and out on the roads.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and grow the private hire side of the business

·Manage and coordinate schedules, routes, and staff

·Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

·Foster strong relationships with clients and partners

·Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Salary: 35-40k dependent on experience plus potential commission scheme
