We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie who will join our client’s operation based in Holland Park in Central London W11.
The Senior Chef de Partie will be trained for the Sous Chef role, will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs and an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to work with and learn from.
The restaurant specializes in Mediterranean & Greek cuisine, and serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
On average 100/160 covers throughout the day and last order is at 9.45pm
Extremely popular with the local clientele, and since opening received several acclaims for the quality of the food and service.
The ideal Chef de Partie must have experience of independent kitchens and the role is for an immediate start.
The Senior Chef de Partie will receive:
·A salary package of up to £40,000 per year and depending on experience
·Work 48 hours per week and over 5 days.
·2 days off per week
