- Role: Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) with the potential to work as Sous Chef

- Responsibilities:
- Execute CDP duties, including managing a section, ensuring consistency, and maintaining kitchen standards.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our client standards.
- Step up as a Sous Chef when needed, overseeing kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and contribute your expertise to create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of International fine dining cuisine and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexible for weekly assignments across London.
