We have a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Sous Chef, who will join our client’s fine dining Gastro Pub operation based in Liverpool Street.
The Gastro Pub mostly serves the local clientele and since its opening has received various acclaim.
The Sous Chef will be serving modern European cuisine with British influence.
The top floor has a Roof Garden used for Private Dining and also to grow the kitchen’s herbs and salads.
The Sous Chef will receive a salary package of £38,000 per year.
The ideal Sous Chef must have a good attitude and be passionate about cooking.
This is a 7 day operation, 5 working days and 7 shifts per week, kitchen team of 7-8 Chefs and on Sunday the kitchen will only be open between 12.00noon to 6.00pm
Sous Chef Benefits:
- Salary of £38,000 per year
- On Sundays the kitchen it’s closed at 6.00pm
- 7 shifts per week (3 straight shifts and 2 doubles) 2 days off
