We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and hardworking Sous Chef, who will join our client’s operation based in Holland Park in Central London W11.
The restaurant specializes in Mediterranean & Greek cuisine, and serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
On average 100/160 covers throughout the day and last order is at 9.45pm
Extremely popular with the local clientele, and since opening received several acclaims for the quality of the food and service.
The Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs and an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to work with and learn from.
The ideal Sous Chef must have experience of independent kitchens and the role is for an immediate start.
The Sous Chef will receive:
·A salary package of £42,000 per year.
·Work 48 hours per week and over 5 days.
·2 days off per week
